The Sing Sing Chronicles

The Sing Sing Chronicles is a four-part documentary series uncovering the stories of five wrongfully convicted men who spent decades fighting for justice. Built on 20 years of original investigative reporting and directed by Dawn Porter, the series premiered at DOC NYC and aired on MSNBC.

The series was awarded Best Documentary at the 2025 News & Documentary Emmy Awards and also received the Hillman Prize for Journalism, the RFK Book & Journalism Award, and a Gracie Award for Best Documentary.
